A Place for the Church in Our Busy Lives
Church should not be a chore but rather a welcomed break from the busy lives we lead and a time to reflect upon and grow in our Christian faith. Many excuse themselves from attending by saying the Church is full of hypocrites, greed and strife. It is true, the Church is a community of imperfect people, which is why it was appointed by God; for Christians to meet, worship, receive God’s Word and do Christian service.

Receiving the Christian Sacraments
Redemption Episcopal Church provides opportunities for instruction and preparation to receive God’s power through the traditional means of Baptism, Communion, Confirmation, Confession, Matrimony, Anointing of the Sick and ultimately for you and your loved ones burial. Private confession is available by appointment.

Sunday Service
The form of a typical service goes back to the beginnings of Christian worship. The first part (the Liturgy of the Word) consists of hymns, psalms, Bible readings, a sermon and prayers. The second part is the Holy Communion, which has at its heart a reenactment of the Last Supper of Jesus with His disciples. All baptized persons are welcome to receive Communion.
